There are several updates that concern the IPL 2022 that you should know:
- R Jadeja is the new Chennai Super Kings captain for this season.
- Jason Roy will be replaced by Afghanistan player Rahmanullah Gurbaz at Gujarat Titans.
- The IPL 2022 has 74 matches in total. 19 in Pune and 55 in Mumbai. Each team will play four games each at the DY Patil Stadium, Wankhede, Pune and Brabourne.
- Adam Milne is not part of this year’s IPL season. The Chennai Super Kings team has named Matheesha Pathirana as his replacement.
